How often should I have my house washed?
We recommend having your house washed at least once per year. This provides consistent protection from harmful algae, mold, and other contaminants.

How long will my power washing take?
Each job is unique. The time it takes to complete is dependent on many factors, such as the size of the surface and the amount of buildup. Rest assured, we won’t stop until the work on your property is complete.
How much will each power washing cost?
Our services are priced based on several factors, such as square footage, the scope of service, and job materials being used. We can provide quotes and schedule service all over phone and/or text. No in-person estimates are needed.
WHAaAT? That’s awesome! How can you give quotes via phone?
Our highly-trained in-house expert will ask a few questions and measure your property using state-of-the-art satellite measuring technology. This gives us precise square footage so that we can provide the most accurate quote possible.
Are the chemicals used safe for plants and animals?
Absolutely. The chemicals we use are 100% biodegradable and our process is 100% safe for plants, animals, and the environment.
Can 504PW clean the inside of my garage?
Our process is designed for outdoor surfaces only.
Will power washing my home increase my property value?
Absolutely. Washing the exterior of your home can add up to $15,000 to the sale price, according to the National Association of Realtors.
Do I need to be home on the day of my service?
No. For your convenience, you do not need to be home. All we ask is that you close your windows and doors on your service date and provide access to a working water spigot.
What time will 504PW arrive at my home?
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to provide an accurate arrival time. We perform several jobs each day, and each job is unique. This is why we do not require you to be home for our service. Feel free to go out and enjoy your day.
Does 504PW use my water?
Yes, we do require access to a working water spigot on the outside of the house.
I’m on well water. Can 504PW still power wash my house?
Yes we can! We will check the rate of your well to ensure it can handle our process, and will notify you immediately of any issues should they arise.
What if it rains on the day of my appointment?
Don’t worry — we aren’t afraid of getting a little wet. If the weather becomes too extreme, we will reach out to reschedule the service.
Will you be able to remove the “green stuff” from my siding?
Yes we will. The “green stuff” you see on your siding is a form of algae that affects thousands of homes each year. Our process is designed to safely eliminate not only algae from your siding, but also mold, dirt, grime and other contaminants.
What exactly is soft washing?
Soft washing utilizes a process that combines safe pressure with biodegradable cleansers to remove dirt, mildew, algae and other contaminants from your home’s exterior.
Can 504PW clean my windows too?
The exterior of your windows is soaped and rinsed during our house washing process. However, we do not squeegee or dry them by hand.
Can 504PW clean brick surfaces?
Yes, absolutely! We have a safe and effective process for cleaning brick surfaces.
Can you clean out my gutters?
No, our process is not designed to clean out gutters. We soap and rinse the exterior of your gutters while soft washing, but do not physically remove debris from the inside.
Can you remove oil/rust stains or tire marks from my driveway?
No. These stains may lighten up in color, but our process is not designed to remove oil/rust stains or inorganic marks.
Can you remove leaf marks from my concrete?
While we may be able to lighten some of these marks, our process cannot safely remove organic marks. The good news, however, is that these organic marks go away fully on their own over a short period of time.

What payment methods do you accept?

Will I be charged when I schedule my service?
